This application allows users to establish alerts for both PIN and signature transactions, ensuring that you remain informed about debit card usage and can swiftly recognize any unauthorized or fraudulent activity. CardGuard can notify you when your card is used, as well as in cases where a transaction attempt has been declined. Additionally, there are customizable options available to suit individual needs, with alerts dispatched in real time immediately following a transaction.

Location-Based Controls

The "My Location" feature empowers users to limit transactions to merchants within a defined geographical range using their phone's GPS capabilities. Any transactions requested from outside this specified area can be automatically declined. Alternatively, the "My Region" control enables users to define areas based on city, state, country, or zip code through an interactive map, with similar functionalities applied to regions that fall outside user-defined parameters.

Spending Controls

With CardGuard, users can set spending limits that allow transactions up to a specified dollar amount while automatically declining any that exceed these thresholds. This feature also enables monitoring of transactions categorized by merchant types including gas stations, department stores, restaurants, entertainment venues, travel services, and grocery stores. Furthermore, it permits tracking of different transaction types such as in-store purchases, e-commerce transactions, mail or phone orders, and ATM withdrawals.

Card On/Off Feature

The card's functionality can be conveniently toggled “on” or “off.” When activated, transactions proceed according to the established usage settings; conversely, when deactivated, no purchases or withdrawals are permitted until reactivated.
